Benjamin Miller is a seasoned Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience in network management and troubleshooting. Currently at Louisville MSD since May 2018, Benjamin has successfully rebuilt the network infrastructure and continues to implement improvements. Previous roles include Senior Network Engineer at TEKsystems, where Benjamin monitored and upgraded Cisco network equipment, and Network Consultant at boice.net, providing IT guidance to clients. Earlier experience as a DCI Supervisor at Geek Squad involved leading a team focused on exceptional customer service and technical training. Benjamin holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Public and Environmental Affairs, with a focus on Risk Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
