James Cook has over 22 years of experience with the Louisiana Workforce Commission, currently serving as the Incumbent Worker Training Regional Program Advisor since October 2001. In this role, James manages all aspects of the Incumbent Worker Training Program, including training coordination, budget oversight, and compliance tracking. Prior to this position, James held the role of Program Advisor and Incumbent Worker Training Regional Specialist, where responsibilities included collaborating with employers and training providers, evaluating training needs, and coordinating program activities. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Louisiana Tech University.
