Anna-Lena Berndtsson has over a decade of experience in the hospitality and events industry, currently serving as a Congress & Event Manager at Gothia Towers since June 2012. In this role, Anna-Lena customizes events, conferences, accommodations, and dining experiences. Previous positions at Gothia Towers included Sales Agent for conference and events as well as for room bookings, providing guests with various experiences such as spa visits and shows. Anna-Lena's background also includes experience as a secretary on the board of a residential association, and roles at Hotel Örgryte and Securitas Direct, where responsibilities included guest reception, food service, and customer support. Anna-Lena began the career as a tour guide after completing relevant studies at Akademi Båstad and Halmstad University.
