Randi Miley, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and analysis, currently serving as an IT Statewide Product Analyst at the Louisiana Office of Technology Services since June 2019. Prior to this role, Randi worked as a Business Analyst at GCR Inc. from October 2016 to May 2019. Randi's earlier tenure at the Louisiana Workforce Commission included positions as Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple projects and facilitating JAD sessions, and as ORS Specialist 4 and 2, focusing on adjudicating Unemployment Insurance claims and preparing quarterly reports. Randi also contributed as a safety coordinator and assisted colleagues with the implementation of new technology systems.
