Matthew Vince is an experienced professional in project management and software development, currently serving as the Director of Project Management at the Louisiana Office of Technology Services since April 2013, overseeing statewide initiatives and project implementations. Matthew has been a partner at Phase Shift, LLC since April 2008, specializing in website and application development with expertise in various programming languages and frameworks. Previous experience includes software development roles at the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, the Louisiana Department of Revenue, and the Louisiana Office of Group Benefits, where skills in web applications and database development were honed. Matthew co-founded 32 Studios, focusing on web application development and design. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Louisiana State University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
