Matthew Malphurs, P.E. is a Project Development Engineer at the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, a position held since June 2018. Prior to this role, Matthew gained experience as a Maintenance and Engineering Intern at BASF from June to August 2016. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Orleans, completed between 2015 and 2017, and a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology from Texas A&M University, obtained from 2010 to 2013. Matthew is a graduate of L.V. Berkner High School, completing studies there in 2010.
