Hadi Shirazi, P.E., PTOE, has over three decades of experience in traffic engineering and highway safety. Since 2001, Hadi has been serving as the Traffic Engineering Management Manager at the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, where responsibilities include providing expertise in traffic engineering studies and overseeing their performance and review. Hadi previously held the position of Consultant Contract Services Administrator, managing the procurement of professional engineering contracts and related services. Additionally, Hadi served as a Highway Safety Engineer, focusing on planning and recommending projects for the Highway Safety Improvement Program. Prior experience includes work as a Highway Research Engineer at the Louisiana Transportation Research Center Foundation Inc from May 1990 to May 2000. Hadi earned a degree from Louisiana Tech University, completing studies from 1984 to 1990.
