Florian Perron is an experienced professional in collection merchandising, currently serving as Head of Collection Merchandising for Men's Ready-to-Wear at Louis Vuitton since December 2021. With a strong track record of leadership, Florian has significantly contributed to the MRTW business at Louis Vuitton, driving double-digit growth in fiscal years 2023 and 2024. Previously, Florian held roles at Christian Dior Couture, where responsibilities included strategizing product and collection merchandising for Men's RTW and Jewelry, helping elevate Dior Men from the sixth to the third position in brand sales within two years. Before that, Florian gained valuable experience at Burberry, Saint Laurent, Berluti, and L'Oréal, consistently enhancing product ranges and performance through strategic planning and collaboration. Florian holds a Master's Degree in Luxury Marketing from NEOMA Business School and has furthered education through studies in China.
