Debra Parker MEd C TESL is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Director of the International Department for the Louis Riel School Division since August 2023, overseeing International Student, Homestay, and Cultural Enrichment Programs. Prior roles include International Education Program Director at Winnipeg School Division from 2017 to 2023 and River East Transcona School Division from 2015 to 2016. Debra also held the position of International Education & Affiliated Schools Liaison Officer at Manitoba Education and Training from 2008 to 2015 and served as a Sessional Instructor in Curriculum Teaching and Learning at the University of Manitoba from 2007 to 2010. Debra's career began at Manitoba Education from 1999 to 2007, where the role was Distributed Learning and ICT Curriculum Integration Consultant.
