Dan Copeman's work experience includes various roles in the education sector. Dan is currently the Director of Digital Strategy at Loughborough Schools Foundation since February 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Computing and Digital Strategy at Loughborough Grammar School from September 2018 to February 2020.

From September 2017 to September 2018, Dan worked as an Assistant Head at George Spencer Academy. Dan also held the position of Head of Computing from September 2013 to September 2017, and before that, they were a Teacher at the same school from June 2009 to September 2013.

Additionally, Dan worked as a Specialist Leader of Education at National College from September 2016 to September 2018. Dan was a CAS Master Teacher at Computing At School from September 2013 to September 2018.

Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Multimedia Technology at De Montfort University between 2004 and 2007. Dan completed their secondary education at Rawlins High School, where they obtained their General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSEs) and A-Levels from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert for the academic year 2020-2021 from Microsoft in September 2020.
