Dr. Jennifer Kaywork is an experienced educational consultant and leader in early childhood education, currently serving as the founder of Parent PhD since 2003 and as the Lead Preschool Teacher and K-2 Math Specialist at Loudoun Country Day School since 2020. With a robust academic background, Dr. Kaywork held the position of Associate Professor of Education at Dominican University New York from 2005 to 2023, where responsibilities included developing innovative programs and courses utilizing digital tools to enhance teacher training. Dr. Kaywork has contributed to educational literature through authorship of two textbooks, developed guides for Parents Magazine, and conducted workshops on curriculum and technology integration. Holding a Doctor of Education from Rutgers University, Dr. Kaywork specializes in child development, early literacy, and the Project Approach, and remains an active figure in training and supporting educators in integrating technology and fostering effective learning environments.
