David Via

Vice President Of Sales at LOUD AUDIO, LLC

David Via has extensive experience in sales and marketing, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. David is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Sales Marketing at LOUD Audio, LLC since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of Marketing at Zoom North America from October 2017 to March 2022.

David has also worked at D'Addario & Company, Inc. as the Vice President International Business Development from January 2016 to August 2017, and as the Vice President of Sales from December 2005 to December 2015. David has served as the Senior Vice President of Sales Marketing at SKB Cases from July 2003 to December 2005.

Before that, David worked at SABIAN Cymbals as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing from April 1996 to April 2003. During their tenure, they developed global branding and marketing strategies, implemented a B2B loyalty program, and managed a sales network of 70 distributors.

David's early career includes roles at Yamaha Corporation of America, where they worked as the District Sales Manager and Market Development Manager from April 1988 to April 1996. David successfully established a key influencer network, leading to a 32% increase in sales and earning recognition as Salesman of the Year. David was also responsible for artist relations with over 1,000 brass, woodwind, drum set, and percussion artists.

In addition to their corporate experience, David has served as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Southern New Hampshire University since November 2020, teaching in the field of business. David also worked as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Music Business at SUNY Potsdam, Crane School of Music starting in September 2020.

David Via holds an MBA degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, which they pursued from 2007 to 2009. Prior to this, they completed their MM degree in Music from Northwestern University during the academic year 1984-1985. In 1980-1984, David obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Music Business from Millikin University.
