Lance Liu has worked in various roles, starting in 2012 as a Fixed Income/Money Market Trading Analyst at Bank of Montreal Capital Markets. Lance then moved on to roles at CPP Investment Board, CIBC World Markets, Deutsche Bank, and Picton Mahoney Asset Management. Their most recent role was as Head of Data Science/Analytics at LotusFlare, where they previously served as a Data Scientist/Product Manager.

From 2010 to 2015, Lance Liu attended the University of Waterloo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
