Thilaga Porchelvan ACC (ICF) is an accomplished professional in the field of workplace harassment prevention and organizational behavior, currently serving as a POSH-IC External Member and Trainer at JOGO India and Basilic Fly Studio, as well as a POSH Consultant at multiple organizations including IRIS KPO Resourcing, Omnex Systems, and SysArc Infomatix Pvt Ltd. With extensive experience since December 2022 and earlier roles as POSH External Member and Consultant for several companies such as CoreStack and DiamondPick Consulting Services, Thilaga supports the implementation and adherence to POSH guidelines across various sectors. Thilaga holds a Master of Arts in Social Work with a focus on Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Madras and is also associated with D.G. Vaishnav MSW and Y.W.C.A Madurai.
