Arvind Sikarwar possesses extensive experience in the food and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Lotte India Corporation Limited since May 2023, and as the Factory Manager/Factory Head at LOTTE Confectionery since December 2015. Prior to these roles, Arvind held the position of Plant Manager/Plant Head at Cargill from August 2006 to December 2015, overseeing production targets and ensuring product quality. Additional roles include Assistant Manager QA at Cargill and Sr. Analyst at Avon Food Lab Pvt Ltd. Arvind began a career as a Food Analyst at FICCI Research and Analysis Centre. Arvind holds an MBA in Operation Management from Sikkim Manipal University and an MSc in Chemistry from Jiwaji University.
