Shu Wen Kow has extensive experience in the chemical engineering sector, currently serving as a Production Engineer in the NC2 Department at Lotte Chemical Titan Malaysia since March 2014. Responsibilities include day monitoring and operations of the steam cracker process. Previously, in the Innovation Department at Lotte Chemical Titan, Shu Wen Kow enforced safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. Experience also includes working as a Process Engineer at Mewah Group, where optimization of operational performance was the focus, and as a trainee in the Technical Olefin and Derivative Department at Lotte Chemical Titan. Early career roles include a Data Entry Clerk at Unisys and a Co-invigilator for Cambridge GCE A Level at Crescendo International College. Shu Wen Kow holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia and completed studies in Science and Physics at Penang Matriculation College.
