Joseph Norrell, MBA, has extensive experience in financial operations and project management within the construction industry, currently serving as Financial Operations Manager at Lott Brothers Construction Company since January 2016 and holding various project management roles. Prior to this, Joseph worked as a licensed Real Estate Agent at Century 21 Randall Morris & Associates and gained banking experience at Pioneer Bank, SSB, performing teller and customer service duties. Early career roles included assisting an asset manager at Blue River Capital and serving as Assistant Manager at Westheimer Gardens. Joseph Norrell holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, both from Texas State University.
