Krzysztof Krolak has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Krzysztof started their career in 2005 as a Project Manager at ISS Trafficare. Krzysztof then moved on to work as an Assembler at Enics Sweden AB in 2006. In 2007, they had a brief stint as a Consultant at Acrema before transitioning to Malmö Aviation, where they worked in Aircraft Maintenance Planning and Technical Records roles. In 2011, they joined Hamilton Sundstrand Poland as a Process Engineer Specialist and later became a Project Manager at Pratt & Whitney AeroPower. In 2015, Krzysztof became the Strategic Project Manager at Axtone and eventually took on the role of Group Operational Program Director. Their most recent position is the CAMO Director and Technical Director at LOT Polish Airlines, a role they assumed in December 2017.
Krzysztof Krolak attended Mälardalen University from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering. Krzysztof also completed the Flygingenjörsprogrammet at Mälardalen University from 2000 to 2005, earning a degree in Flygingenjör.
