Jacek Trybuchowski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as CEO of L'Osteria since October 2023 and a member of the Supervisory Board at FR L'Osteria Holding SE, Jacek also co-founded Nine's in partnership with Robert Lewandowski. As a consultant for Third Bridge Group Limited and the owner of multiple businesses, Jacek specializes in strategic consultancy for the restaurant sector across Europe, Russia, and China. Previous roles include COO and Board Member at AmRest, where Jacek led significant expansions and successful acquisitions, as well as COO of Rostick/KFC in Moscow. Jacek holds a Master's degree in Administration and Marketing from the University of Szczecin and a Bachelor's degree from Westpomeranian Business School.
