Kim Ross Gleason has extensive experience in business development and marketing, currently serving in a business development role at Loss Management Solutions, Inc. since April 2019. Previous roles include Marketing Director at Nardone & Company, Inc. from April 2009 to April 2019, and National Account Director at InStar Services Group from 2006 to 2008. Kim began a career at Hudson International Group as an Associate from 1984 to 1996, later serving as National Accounts Manager at Munters Corporation in Moisture Control Services from 1996 to 2006. Kim's responsibilities included business development across the Mid Atlantic and New England regions, where management of the New England office involved hiring and supervising engineers and consultants. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from Dickinson College.
