Ngoc Kieu Kao has work experience as a Customer Service Team Lead at Lozi since March 2019. In this role, Ngoc is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and proposing improvements in performance, quality, and service. Prior to that, Ngoc worked as a Customer Service Manager at Kasaco Contact Center from October 2014 to March 2017. In this role, Ngoc managed the quality of purchasing posts on the app and searched and collected customer data for the Chotot.vn Project.
