Megan Geier is currently the Manager of Membership Sales for the Los Angeles Rams. Megan has held this position since February of 2022. Prior to their current role, Megan was the Ticket Sales Manager for Legends, overseeing a team of 15 sales consultants while also maintaining their own daily sales responsibilities. During their time at Legends, Megan led the sports industry in innovative ways to sell virtually/remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Before their time at Legends, Megan was the Membership Development Specialist for the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Senior Consultant of Service and Retention for The University of Texas at Austin. Megan began their professional career as an Athletics Intern for Saddleback College.

Megan Geier completed their Master's degree in Sports Management from California State University-Long Beach. Megan also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and Integrated Communications from Colorado State University - Pueblo (CSU-Pueblo). Megan Geier began their educational career at Saddleback Community College, where they completed their Associates of Arts in General Education and Journalism. Mission Viejo High School is where they completed their high school education.

Megan Geier reports to Dan August, EVP, Consumer Revenue & Strategy. Some direct reports include Spencer Mittin - Membership Sales Consultant, Hailley Brendecke - Membership Sales Consultant, and Matthew Massey - Membership Sales Consultant. They work with Meagan Roberts - Senior Director, Client Services, Holden Tamchin - Senior Analyst, Strategy & Analytics, and Sophia Miles - Coordinator, Sales & Service.
