Tracy Evans is the Director of AIDS & LifeCycle at the Los Angeles LGBT Center. Tracy has over fifteen years of experience in fundraising and event management.
Before joining the Los Angeles LGBT Center, Tracy was the National Director/Product Manager for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training program. Tracy was responsible for leading the country’s largest endurance event fundraising program and driving fundraiser involvement for up to 40 annual events and 40,000+ participants. During their time with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Tracy developed and rolled out a new national fundraising program, directed strategic development of four seasonal fundraising campaigns across 60 U.S. and Canada chapters, and raised $400M over 12 years. Tracy also launched and grew the Hike for Discovery program and restored a business unit following the 2008 economic downturn.
In addition to their work with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Tracy has also contributed to three national task force initiatives, standardizing direct mail across 70 chapters, developing vendor standards, and implementing RFP selection processes.
Prior to their work in the nonprofit sector, Tracy worked in training and development for Webvan, a grocery delivery service that was active in the San Francisco Bay Area from 1999 to 2000.
Tracy Evans has a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Notre Dame de Namur University and a Bachelor in Business Administration from National University.
Tracy Evans reports to Kaiyti Duffy, CMO. They work with Byron Patel - Director, Nursing, Ward Carpenter - Co-Director, Health Services, and Jeffrey Rodriguez - Associate Director, Community Health Programs Operations.
