Jae O'Dougherty is an experienced professional in cultural and operations strategy, currently serving as Senior Manager at the Los Angeles LGBT Center since October 2018. Prior roles at the center include Operations Manager, Operations Coordinator, and Training and Development Instructor. Jae O'Dougherty also held significant positions at the University of Oregon from August 2014 to April 2022, including Student Director of Orientation Programs and Student Director in Sexual Violence Prevention and Education. Additionally, Jae O'Dougherty contributed as a Classroom and Community Educator for the Jackson County Sexual Assault Response Team and as an Administrative Assistant and Educator at Body Basics and Beyond, focusing on curriculum development and community engagement related to sexual development and prevention education. Jae O'Dougherty earned a Bachelor of Arts in Women and Gender Studies from the University of Oregon in 2017.
