Rob Koch is the Senior Director of Team Operations and Hockey Communications for the Los Angeles Kings. Rob was previously the Director of Communications and Social Media for USA Hockey from March 2013 to June 2017. In this role, Koch was the primary contact for all women's National and Olympic Team programs, and handled all publicity surrounding the U.S. Women's National Team during the pre-Olympic tour and residency period, including the announcement of the women's Olympic Team and player participation at the Bridgestone/NHL Winter Classic. Koch also worked with the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) to identify and secure player participation at NBC/West Hollywood Shoot and 100 Days Out, the premier marketing events heading into the Olympics, and managed all promotional shoots with national media outlets and player involvement with sponsors partners and community appearances. In addition, Koch directed all national social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and managed all details and event logistics of the Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award Ceremony in conjunction with the NHL and NCAA.
Rob Koch attended St. John's University for their undergraduate degree and Northeastern University for their graduate degree.
