Rhonda Wilson is an experienced financial manager currently serving as the Senior Subrecipient Fiscal Manager for the Continuum of Care Program at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority since July 2007. In this role, Rhonda is responsible for managing the fiscal aspects and ensuring regulatory compliance of the program. Previously, Rhonda held positions as Compliance Manager and A.D. Fiscal Programs at the City of Torrance, where responsibilities included grant accounting and revenue accounting. Rhonda's academic background includes a JD candidacy at Chapman University School of Law and degrees in Business (MBA) and Accounting (BS) from the University of La Verne. Since February 2019, Rhonda has also been focused on personal health management while learning to live with Multiple Sclerosis.
