Jazmine Hooks MPA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in performance management and public administration. Currently serving as the Manager of Performance Management at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority since April 2022, Jazmine previously held the role of Administrative Analyst at the City of Vernon from March 2020 to June 2022 and worked as an Analyst at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority from June 2018 to March 2020.
