Elizabeth T. Adedokun, JD, serves as the Manager of Contracts & Procurement at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority since July 2020. In this role, Elizabeth manages the competitive procurement of housing and homeless services, overseeing the development of various procurement documents. Prior to this position, Elizabeth held the acting role of Associate Director at Centene Corporation, where responsibilities included implementing regulatory requirements and managing a high-performing team. Experience also includes serving as Appeals Manager at Beacon Behavioral Solutions and Director of Policy & Due Process for the State of Indiana, where Elizabeth led regulatory drafting and managed numerous professional service contracts. Elizabeth's education includes a Doctor of Law from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, a Master of Arts in Communications from Missouri State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Southwest Baptist University.
