Leo Ruiz, M.S., CMPC, currently serves as the StrongMind Cultural Development Director for the Los Angeles Dodgers, a position held since November 2016, following roles as StrongMind Cultural Coordinator and Coach. Previously, Leo Ruiz worked at Springfield College from August 2015 to May 2017 as an Athletic Counselor, providing individual counseling and academic support to collegiate athletes, and served as a Graduate Assistant Baseball Coach. Additional coaching experience includes positions at Western New England University and TNT Sports Training LLC, along with a role as a School Counselor for AmeriCorps, focusing on social-emotional support for at-risk youth. Leo Ruiz holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on Athletic Counseling from Springfield College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Drew University.
