Kaitlyn Cozens has extensive experience in sports management and customer engagement, currently serving as Senior Account Executive in Membership Services for the Los Angeles Dodgers since December 2017. In this role, Kaitlyn has successfully focused on increasing season ticket holder engagement and renewal rates, committing over 98% of revenue for the 2020 season. Previous experience includes roles as an Account Executive and Inside Sales Representative with the Dodgers, where Kaitlyn generated significant ticket sales revenue. Prior internships with the Los Angeles Rams and Palace Sports & Entertainment provided additional insights into fan engagement and community relations. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from the University of Michigan, complemented by a diverse skill set developed through various roles in competitive sports and marketing.
