Jill Stewart is an accomplished journalist and editor with extensive experience in various editorial roles, including City Editor at Los Angeles Daily News and Managing Editor at LA Weekly. With a background in teaching as an Adjunct Lecturer at Chapman University, Jill has also served as Executive Director for the Coalition to Preserve LA, where advocacy efforts focused on transparency in municipal government. Recognized for investigative reporting, Jill's award-winning columns have contributed to discussions on California's political landscape, environmental issues, and civic challenges. Jill holds a Master's degree in Journalism from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Education from The Evergreen State College.
