James Douglas is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in infrastructure engineering and IT operations. Currently serving as an Infrastructure Engineer at Lorna Jane since April 2023, James previously held several key positions at Telstra, including IT Operations Service Team Manager from November 2022 to March 2023 and IT Enterprise Infrastructure Manager at Fone Zone People @ Telstra from November 2021 to November 2022.
