Phil Pearce has extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership, currently serving as a Board Member for the Metal Roofing Alliance since April 2023. As Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at Lorin Industries since February 2011, Phil Pearce focuses on strategic planning, marketing, new business development, and channel expansion. Previously, Phil Pearce managed strategic markets for healthcare, education, and government sectors at Groupe Lacasse from July 2006 to February 2011. Phil Pearce has also held significant roles on boards, including the Office Furniture Dealer Association and the Board of Governors for OFDA, and has held various positions in companies such as Haworth and Steelcase. Phil Pearce earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Economics from the University of Virginia.
