Christine B. has a diverse range of work experience dating back to 2005. Christine most recently worked at Lorien Health Services, starting in November 2021 as a Human Resources Assistant. In this role, they conducted new hire orientations, reviewed workers' compensation claims, and completed relevant documentation. Christine was later promoted to the position of Human Resources Director in May 2022.

Prior to their time at Lorien Health Services, Christine worked at Harford Community College for over five years. Christine held the role of College Navigator and Cybersecurity Career Navigator, where they managed data, administrative processes, and student services. Christine also played a pivotal role in student engagement and development, meeting with hundreds of students to provide support in recruitment, enrollment, coaching, advising, and counseling.

Before joining Harford Community College, Christine worked as a House Manager from August 2007 to January 2016. Christine'searlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Recruiter at The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore from July 2005 to August 2007.

Christine B. attended the University of Baltimore from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In October 2015, they also obtained the Essentials of Human Resource Certificate from the Society for Human Resource Management.
