Kennedy Mutava is an experienced fleet management professional with a background in transport coordination and service quality supervision. Currently serving as Fleet Coordinator and Transport Account Manager at Lori since November 2020, Kennedy manages transporter relations, addresses on-journey issues, and promotes ancillary services. Previously, at Copia Kenya from February 2019 to October 2020, Kennedy held multiple roles including Fleet Coordinator/Service Quality Supervisor, where responsibilities included analyzing service quality data and overseeing fleet operations across depots. Earlier roles include Control Tower Agent, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and customer service positions at Horizon Contact Centers Ltd and Britam. Kennedy holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Nairobi.
