Rakesh Lal currently serves as the Head of Software Engineering at Lorhan IT, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Rakesh held the role of Global Head - Customer Service at Data Dynamics from October 2020 to October 2024. Prior to that, Rakesh was the Director of IT at Lorhan IT from March 2019 to October 2020. Rakesh's career also includes significant experience at Zensar Technologies, where Rakesh worked as a Delivery Manager from February 2007 to February 2019, and at eXant Software as a Senior Software Engineer from 2001 to 2004. Rakesh's expertise spans software engineering, IT management, and customer service leadership.
