Laura Colby currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC since July 2023. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made at Credit Suisse from August 2017 to July 2023, where Laura Colby held several leadership positions including Americas Black Talent Recruitment Strategy Lead, Global Head of Campus Recruitment, and Americas Head of Diversity Recruitment. Experience also includes a 14-year tenure at Deutsche Bank, where responsibilities spanned various roles including US Head of Campus Recruitment and Head of Diversity Recruitment, managing teams and overseeing recruitment strategies across multiple programs and regions. Laura Colby earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Arts in French & Management from Royal Holloway, University of London.
