Ruben Gómez is an accomplished Chef Ejecutivo with extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving at Lopesan Costa Bavaro since February 2019. Prior to this role, Ruben held the position of Chef Ejecutivo at IFA Villas Bavaro Resort & Spa from July 2005, and previously served as Chef Ejecutivo at Melia Hotels International Cuba from 2002 to 2004. Ruben is a graduate of the Escola de Restauracio i Hostalatge de Barcelona, where a degree in Cocina was earned.
