Borja Cruz Ruiz is an experienced IT project manager currently serving as Responsable de Proyectos de IT at Lopesan since November 2019, overseeing technological initiatives from conception to implementation with a focus on strategic planning and resource management. In addition, Borja co-founded Ceniza Restaurante in January 2022 and has held positions such as Consultor de innovación at Cink Coworking, where expertise was applied in designing and executing entrepreneurship and innovation programs. Previous experience includes an internship in the Accounting and Finance department at Atlas Copco España and administrative support at ICOT Grupo Sanitario. Borja holds a Master's degree in Project Management from both Universidad Camilo José Cela and EAE Business School, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University and a Diploma in Business Administration from MBA Business School Las Palmas.
