Claire Screaton completed their education at various institutions. Claire obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Leicester in 1998. Claire then attended Nottingham Trent University, where they earned a Certificate in Personnel Practice in 2000 and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management for Personnel and Development in 2003, specializing in HR. Claire also has additional certifications, including being a Strengthscope facilitator and a Tsdi facilitator, obtained in 2018, a TAP Cert in Training Design from TAP Learning in 2013, and being an Mbti Practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company in 2011.
