Tina Litwinetz has extensive experience in dining services within the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Dining Services at The Loomis Communities since July 2024, Tina previously held the position of Manager of Dining Operations at SALMON Health and Retirement from August 2018 to November 2024, where oversight included all dining operations across eight campuses and the execution of nutritional menus with homemade recipes. Prior roles include Director of Food Services at SALMON Health & Retirement from December 2014 to 2018 and Managing Partner at Pepper Dining - Chili's from 2000 to 2014. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Johnson and Wales University.
