Xiaolin Y. has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Currently, they are serving as a Senior Product Designer at Lookout, where they lead design across Enterprise Cloud Security and initiated the first Figma Design System for the product design team. Prior to this, Xiaolin worked at Walmart Global Tech as a Design Lead, where they were responsible for leading research and design efforts for Walmart Product Analytics and designing innovative solutions such as Prescriber and a global store OS unification. Xiaolin also worked as an Innovation & Design Intern at Revittle Cheese, where they redesigned the online platform, created new product experiences, and executed marketing campaigns. Xiaolin gained experience as a Technology Consultant Intern at Labrador LLC and as a Product Designer at Philips, where they designed a mobile application ecosystem for improving communication around food allergy issues. Additionally, they co-founded Warm-CHINA, a healthcare technology startup, where they led the development of China's first cloud-based wireless body-temperature monitoring and analytic platform. Xiaolin's work experience also includes a research assistant role at the Biomedical Engineering Lab of Southern Medical University.
