Rick Pierce currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at Lookout since June 2023. Prior to this role, Rick held the position of Director of Customer Success, Onboarding & Program Management at Digital Hands from April 2022 to June 2023. Rick's experience at Secureworks spans from June 2015 to April 2022, where Rick progressed from Sr. Network Security Manager - MSS Implementations to Sr. Manager, Professional Services. Earlier in Rick's career, from October 2002 to May 2015, Rick was the Director of IT at Burroughs & Chapin Company, also serving as an Applications Specialist / Systems Administrator and Help Desk Manager.
