Minh Nguyen has extensive work experience in software engineering, specializing in deep packet processing platforms. Minh started their career at CloudShield in 2001 as a Staff Software Engineer, where they developed a network management framework and application deployment solution using Intel IXP network processors. Minh led major software development projects and created proprietary compilers for hardware setup and application bytecode production.

In 2010, Minh joined Leidos as a Senior Software Engineer, where they contributed to the deployment of an end-to-end system configuration for a new deep packet processing platform architecture. Minh wrote data providers within the Cisco/Tail-f ConfD framework and conducted integration testing of system features.

Minh's most recent position was as a Senior Software Engineer at LookingGlass Cyber Solutions, Inc., starting in 2016. Here, they designed and implemented software to support hardware component configuration and monitoring in a new deep packet processing module, specifically utilizing the Netronome network flow processor (NFP). Minh worked closely with the hardware and FPGA teams to bring up the new NFP-based hardware.

In addition to their degrees, Minh has also obtained several certifications including JavaScript Essential Training from LinkedIn in June 2020, Network Management Certificate from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension in January 2000, and Object-Oriented Programming Certificate from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension in January 1999.
