Moty Hanam is an experienced operations and project manager with a strong background in managing large-scale projects across various sectors, including banking and IT. Currently serving as Operations Manager at the Operational Excellence Society since June 2021, responsibilities include operational management, budget planning and control, and process improvement. Previous roles include Large IT Project Manager while seeking new opportunities, CBO & Projects Management at Isracard focusing on credit cards and bank connectivity, and Senior Projects Manager & Deployment at Bank Leumi where extensive banking projects were managed, including the development and deployment of the Leumi Personal Alerts system. Additional experiences include founding and leading Australia Marketing as CEO, serving as VP R&D and CTO at SEARCH BY MEDIA, and various management roles at Taldor, ELTA, and Ness Technologies.
