Paul Messer MSc is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in asset management and reliability engineering. Currently serving as Associate Director of Asset Engineering at Lonza since September 2021, Paul previously held the role of Engineering Asset Manager at Johnson Matthey, leading a team to establish advanced maintenance standards and systems. Prior experience includes working as a Reliability Engineer at Mars, where responsibilities encompassed managing production line reliability and overseeing large-scale projects, as well as a role as Shift Production Team Leader. Paul began their career as an Aircraft Engineer in the Royal Air Force. Paul holds a Master of Science degree in Reliability Engineering & Asset Management from The University of Manchester, earned between 2015 and 2018.
