Marc Glaeser currently serves as the Global Head HR COEs and M&A at Lonza, where significant achievements include establishing an end-to-end global HR delivery setup and advising executive committees on total rewards and corporate governance. Previously, Marc held various HR leadership positions at Credit Suisse and Novartis, focusing on compensation, benefits, and HR operations. With extensive experience in global HR strategies, project management, and organizational development, Marc has successfully led multi-million dollar compensation projects and global HR transformations. Educational credentials include an MSc in International Relations from The London School of Economics and an Accelerated Leadership Program from Duke University.
