George Combes, P.E., CPIP is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process design and engineering. Currently serving as Principal Process Design Lead at Lonza since December 2015, George has held key positions at various organizations, including Principal Process Engineer at PM Group, Engineering Manager at NNE Pharmaplan, and Manager of Process Engineering at Biometics LLC. With a career that began in 1986 at CH2MHill, George has consistently contributed as a Senior Process Engineer across multiple firms, accumulating over three decades of expertise in the field. George holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
