Kervich Rousseau, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resource Generalist at MASCO, Inc. since March 2022. Previously held the position of Human Resources Administrator at Insource Services, Inc. from September 2021 to March 2022. Kervich also contributed to the YMCA of Greater Boston in various roles, including Hunger Prevention Coordinator, Camp Director, and Site Director from August 2018 to March 2022. Additional experience includes working as a Teaching Assistant at the National Autism Center at May Institute and as an Intern at Baystate Medical Center between September 2017 and March 2022. Kervich earned a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Non-Profit Management from Springfield College from 2020 to 2022, and a degree in Health Science with an emphasis on Public Health from the same institution from 2014 to 2018.
