Aditya Dakshinamoorthy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Aditya is currently the Co-Founder and Head of Product & Strategy at Longtail, a Silicon Valley VC-backed B2B SaaS company in the travel technology space. At Longtail, Aditya focuses on developing an intelligent pricing platform for airlines that increases their revenue by expanding their network footprint.

Prior to their current role, Aditya worked at Qatar Airways as the Manager of Market Planning & Analysis - The Americas from September 2018 to March 2021. Aditya also served as a Senior Analyst for Project Aurora, where they led revenue initiatives for Americas routes across various commercial functions. Project Aurora aimed to experiment and innovate to deliver incremental revenue for the company.

Before joining Qatar Airways, Aditya worked at Southwest Airlines in several positions. Aditya started as an Analyst in Network Planning - Network Analytics from August 2015 to December 2015. Aditya then became a Senior Analyst in the same department from January 2016 to August 2016. Aditya also worked as a Business Consultant in Network Planning - Decision Support from August 2016 to December 2016. During their time at Southwest Airlines, Aditya contributed to network planning and decision-making processes.

Prior to their experience at Southwest Airlines, Aditya interned at the company as part of the Operational Performance: Projects & Analysis team. In this role, they prepared performance reports and supported regulatory compliance initiatives.

Aditya's early career included working as a Graduate Student Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Aditya assisted Dr. Vitaly Guzhva in developing course contents for a certification program for the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading.
